WHAT IS FLAG FOOTBALL
Flag Football is a competitive, non-contact version of football designed to teach the fundamentals of the game in a fun, safe, and encouraging environment. Instead of tackling, players pull flags from an opponent’s belt to stop the play. This helps reduce injuries while building teamwork, coordination, confidence, and athletic skills.
