RE-ENTRY PLAN

Roadmap To Re-Entry

Stages 1-3

We are constantly monitoring guidelines and best practices for gathering in a safe way. After prayer and preparation, we have formed a roadmap for re-entry into our worship space. We are continuing to monitor the situation in our community to determine any necessary changes. We encourage you to make the best choice for your family as you consider attending a physical service or online.

STAGE 1 (CURRENTLY IN)

10:30am – Doors open at 10:15am.

WHAT WE’RE DOING:

  • Hand sanitizing stations are set up outside the worship center for your use.

  • Reduced seating to provide safe social distancing.

  • The service is under and hour.

  • The service will be a touchless experience, and all high volume areas will be thoroughly sanitized.

  • All doors will be propped or held open and we will not be shaking hands or giving hugs to maintain a safe social distance.

  • Staff and greeters are wearing masks and we highly recommend attendees to wear a mask in the building in areas you are unable to keep a distance of 6ft.

  • One way entering and exiting.

  • No in-person Calvary Raleigh Kids (birth-prek and school-age) or Calvary Raleigh Students (6th-12th grade).

  • No in-person Bible Studies.

  • No water fountains will be available.

  • No coffee or donuts will be offered.

  • No offering plates will be passed. Instead, there will be offering drop boxes located in the lobby for guests who would like to give in person. You can still give online at calvaryraleigh.com/give.

 

HOW YOU CAN HELP:

  • If you don’t feel well or have health concerns, please stay home and join us Live on Facebook at 10:30am.

  • Maintain a distance of six feet between yourself and other guests.

  • We ask that your family sit together and keep a distance of at least 3 seats between you and others on the same row.

STAGE 2 (Sometime after July 12th)

10:30am – Doors open at 10:15am.

WHAT WE’RE DOING:

  • Hand sanitizing stations are set up outside the worship center for your use.

  • Reduced seating to provide safe social distancing.

  • The services will be under an hour.

  • All high volume areas will be thoroughly sanitized.

  • All doors will be propped or held open and we will not be shaking hands or giving hugs to maintain a safe social distance.

  • Staff , greeters, and children’s workers are wearing masks and we highly recommend attendees to wear a mask in the building in areas you are unable to keep a distance of 6ft.
  • King’s Town (birth-prek) will be available. Not serving snacks (Parents can send in their own).

  • Kid’s City (K5-5th Grade) will be dismissed before the message for their own lesson. Chairs in the KC room will be spaced at a safe distance.

  • Students (6th-12th Grade) will meet Wednesdays at 6:30pm with social distancing.

  • No in-person Bible Studies.

  • No water fountains will be available.

  • Coffee Service will resume but no donuts.

  • No offering plates will be passed. Instead, there will be offering drop boxes located in the lobby for guests who would like to give in person. You can still give online at calvaryraleigh.com/give.

  • Prepackaged Communion

STAGE 3 (Sometime after Labor Day)

WHAT WE’RE DOING:

  • Hand sanitizing stations are set up outside the worship center for your use.

  • All high volume areas will be thoroughly sanitized.

  • King’s Town (birth-prek) resumes as normal.

  • Kid’s City (K5-5th Grade) resumes as normal.

  • Students (6th-12th Grade) resume as normal.

  • Bible Studies resume as normal.

  • Coffee and Donuts Offered.

  • No offering plates will be passed. Instead, there will be offering drop boxes located in the lobby for guests who would like to give in person. You can still give online at calvaryraleigh.com/give.

  • Baptism and Communion will resume. Communion will be done differently from now on.

  • Activities and Events will be planned and phased in.
